I'm Garvpreet Singh Matta. I own and run cafes in Melbourne. I've taken over cafes that weren't working, brought costs under control, fixed rosters and supplier deals, and turned them profitable.

Which businesses do you work with?

Cafes are my specialty. I also help restaurants, takeaways, bakeries and other food businesses with health checks on staff, food costs, profitability and suppliers, and with pre-purchase checks.

Is this legal or financial advice?

No. I give practical business and operational advice from running my own cafes. Please have your lawyer and accountant review leases, contracts and finance.

How do payments work?

Every service has a fixed price in AUD plus GST. 50% is paid upfront and the balance on completion, or before opening for a new venue setup.

Do your partners pay you?

Some partners pay me a referral fee. I always tell you when they do, and you are free to choose any provider you like.

Which areas do you cover?

I am based in Melbourne and work across metropolitan Melbourne. Regional Victoria can be arranged.

Can we talk in Punjabi or Hindi?

Yes. I am happy to talk in English, Punjabi or Hindi, whichever is easiest for you.
